Tim Stratman believes that strong executive leaders have the power to change lives. People want to follow them, emulate them, and learn from them. This puts a premium on C-level leaders being superb Leader-Coaches. Leader-Coaches never stop growing; they never truly “arrive”. Personal growth has no expiration date.
The fuel for growth is honest feedback, access to a broad array of tools, and perspectives rooted in practical business experience. These simple truths form the foundation of Stratman Partners. In fact, they motivated Tim to form Stratman Partners over thirteen years ago.
Being a personal advisor comes with unique obligations, the most important being unconditional trust. Unconditional trust provides the safety needed for absolute candor. It allows clients with big burdens to talk through the toughest issues. Trust combines with Tim’s unique experience–including full P&L responsibility and over a decade of C-level coaching – to allow him to credibly assert: “I understand where you are coming from”.
I consider Tim to be a member of my trusted inner circle, my personal board of advisors
